Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry faculty member Dr. Paul Glassman has contributed a posting to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s (RWJF) Human Capital Blog. RWJF created this blog to serve as a forum for sharing information and stimulating discussion about the challenges of building a health care workforce that meets the nation’s current and emerging health care needs.
Dr. Glassman, a professor of dental practice and director of Community Oral Health at the Dugoni School of Dentistry, serves as the Principle Investigator for the California Dental Pipeline program. This program, funded by The California Endowment and now in its 9th year, involves a collaboration of all the California Dental Schools, the California Dental Association and the California Primary Care Association. The California Dental Pipeline Program is affiliated with the National Dental Pipeline Program, funded by RWJF.
